5. Advertising and Google AdSense

This website uses, or will use, Google AdSense to show advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to display and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, this takes place only after you give your consent through the cookie banner. • Google, for advertising and, if enabled, analytics services.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

7. International transfers

Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. When this happens, we rely on the safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies, or standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep your data

  • Cookies: for the duration stated in the Cookie Policy.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request erasure, restrict or object to its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. To exercise these rights, write to admin@freelancersaccounts.com. We may ask you to verify your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es, or with the authority of your country.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, such as HTTPS and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
